-   **Gift voucher purchases** — purchaser and recipient names and emails, processed by our voucher provider (DesignMyNight). Card payment details are handled by their PCI-compliant payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
-   **Email enquiries** — anything you choose to send us, plus the email address you send it from.
-   **Website usage** — anonymised analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device, referrer), collected only if you accept cookies.
-   **CCTV** — the venue is covered by CCTV for the safety of guests and staff. Footage is retained on a short rolling basis and only reviewed in the event of an incident.

Booking and event records are typically held for up to 24 months after your visit; financial records are kept for 6 years to meet our tax obligations; CCTV footage is retained on a short rolling cycle and overwritten unless flagged for an incident; marketing data is held until you unsubscribe.
