Head chef and owner Craig Brookes has run the kitchen since the restaurant opened in Talbot Green in 1999. Alongside those two accolades, the restaurant holds a five-star Food Hygiene Rating and five-star reviews on Google. That standard of cooking runs across the whole restaurant. The à la carte dinner menu, the Dates & Steaks evening menu, Sunday lunch, and the tapas served in the upstairs cocktail lounge all come out of the same kitchen.
