Based in Talbot Green near Cardiff, South Wales, we’ve been run by award-winning chef, Craig Brookes, for over 23 years.
Since opening in 1999, our aim has been to create a menu that is varied, delicious, and places an emphasis on locally-sourced produce. And as we’re the only restaurant in Rhondda Cynon Taff to be awarded an AA rosette for culinary excellence, we’re very proud of what we do.
From the very beginning you, the customer, have been our number one focus. This customer-led approach has helped us develop a strong following in Talbot Green and the greater South Wales region.
